It's another busy week on the calendar.
The boys have practice 4 nights per week and cross fit 3 mornings per week for football.
The girls will spend every night this week at church for VBS.
That means the menu plan is going to be SIMPLE!!!
MONDAY - Chicken Giardino
TUESDAY - Chicken N Dumplins', mashed potatoes, corn, green beans (didn't do this one last week)
WEDNESDAY - Grilled chicken, glazed carrots, corn on the cob
THURSDAY - Crock pot BBQ chicken, roasted potatoes, mac n cheese
FRIDAY - Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread
SATURDAY - Grilled hamburgers, french fries, watermelon
SUNDAY - Lasagna, homemade bread
Guess you can tell I have a good bit of chicken in my freezer and hamburger is on sale this week. Maybe next week I'll get a little more creative. I'll just browse around at Menu Plan Monday over at Organizing Junkie and get a few recipes to try!!
